  • Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
  • Once we verify the license has not been used, a refund will be issued.
  • If the license has already been activated, the refund policy no longer applies.
  • We always offer support and troubleshooting if you have activation or installation issues.

6. Warranty and Claims

If a product does not work as described, you have the right to file a claim.
